THE GAME-CHANGING RULES HE FOLLOWED:

Rule #1: Protein first protocol: We prioritize a high protein meal 3x a day (40-50g) This helps mitigate cravings, increase metabolism & keeps you fuller longer so that you’re simply not thinking about food that much.

Rule #2: Late night fast: Most people ‘fast’ to start the day which doesn’t really make sense to me. What we did was focus on setting a cutoff time for meals (done after 7pm) This way weren’t susceptible to late night snacking AND naturally got to bed sooner.

Rule #3: No back to back days of drinks: It’s common to have drinks during these work trips, and if anything will knock you off your goals, it’s that. So we focused on keeping it light in that area & not having anything on back to back days, and only 1-2 at a time when we did.

Even with variable food options & gym access during these trips, we were still able to improve strength in multiple movements, and get off 13lbs of body fat in the process.
