No more relying on whatever’s available at the airport. We plan ahead, making smart choices at restaurants and keeping high-protein snacks on hand. When he does eat out, he focuses on protein first, veggies second, carbs last.

And now? He feels better, looks better, and is setting the example for his son that no matter how busy life gets, your health still matters.
