Metabolic Minute: You don't need more time. You need this:

Working with so many clients that have demanding jobs where they manage dozens to hundreds of people, "I just don't have the time", is a common phrase.

And I'm not here to spout the Instagram influencer 'we all have the same 24hrs' crap. I have 2 kids, a wife, a business w/ 50+ clients, family & friends AND my own health goals. Some days it feels like every minute is spoken for.

But that's not really true.

We did a time audit with one of our busiest clients. 4 kids, 2 companies & over 50 employees on payroll.

He documented every time he did something other than work.

3hrs on social media. 1hr on the phone w/ friends. 1hr watching tv after work. And 1hr sitting at the desk, not really doing anything,

So 6 total unproductive hours.

And I'm fine with having some unproductive hours in a day. We NEED that time. But even the busiest of us, has 6hrs of down time.

So we took 45mins of that & scheduled a daily workout. We took 30 mins of it & scheduled time for him to just plan what he was gonna eat for lunch. And then we took another 30 & just had him take a walk (could be on a call, planning things for work, so 2 birds. one stone)

Once we audited his time & put non negotiable workouts, walks & thinking through meals on the calendar, his progress exploded & he ended up dropping 40lbs & adding 7lbs of lean muscle in 4 months.

You don't need drastic changes. Just a few shifts in schedule & some REAL prioritization of your health.
