Building the Box episode 10 is finally here. Apologies for the delay but I got proper knocked out by food poisoning after Turkey. Picked it up at Istanbul airport and spent Monday to Friday last week bed bound. Absolute scenes.

Back in the office now and loads has happened while I've been out of action. The e-commerce growth assistant hiring's been tougher than expected - loads dropped out when we set them a task. Now using cognitive testing to find someone with proper problem-solving skills because I want whoever we hire to be running growth in 2-3 years.

Also smashed my laptop first day in Turkey. Bag wasn't zipped properly and it fell out getting out the taxi. Now I'm on Mac for the first time ever - mainly for the AppleCare because I break laptops like it's my job.
