Quicker time-blocking on the go

This one is perfect for those of us who constantly refine our time blocks throughout the day (guilty! 🙋‍♀️). Now, you can adjust task durations directly from the calendar on mobile.

Prateek and Witold heard our frustrations and made things a lot easier: No more unnecessary taps and multiple screens – just long-press, tap and drag, right on the calendar.

Save hours of stress in just 5 minutes

Each morning, I spend just 5 minutes in Today view adjusting time blocks and confirming my priorities. Then once a week (Monday mornings for me), I spend 15 minutes in the Upcoming view to reassess project progress and map out the coming days.

This 40-minute weekly investment saves me hours of stress and last-minute scrambling. As I like to remind myself: “You can do the work, or you can worry about the work – but you can’t do both at the same time.”

Batch (and time!) those quick tasks

We often put off simple tasks, thinking they’ll take forever – only to discover they actually take just minutes to complete. 🤷‍♀️

Identify tasks that don’t deserve their own time block (emails that need quick replies, small admin tasks, etc.)
Label them as “quick”
Batch them together in a dedicated “Quick Tasks” time block
When the time block arrives, set a stopwatch and work through them one by one

The timer is key – by creating gentle pressure, you often finish even earlier than expected.
