1. Capture ideas and tasks the moment they strike

Need to jot something down without breaking your flow? These lesser-known shortcuts will be your lifesaver: the global Quick Add shortcut on desktop, and Todoist widgets for your Android or iOS home screen.

2. Instantly turn any webpage into a task with our browser extensions

That interesting article you want to read later or that recipe you want to try – just two clicks and it’s in your Todoist. 🪄

3. Create multiple tasks by copy-pasting multiple lines

Got a list somewhere else? Copy-paste it into Todoist, and each line becomes its own task automatically.
